DMCA / Content Removal Policy
JavPT ("the Site") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international legislation. The Site is a search and indexing service: we do not host, upload, or store any video files on our servers. All media is embedded from or linked to third-party providers.
Filing a takedown notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe content indexed on this Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice containing the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on this Site where the material appears.
- Your full legal name, mailing address, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send it
Email your notice to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request".
We review all valid notices and remove the identified listings, typically within 48–72 hours of receipt. Because video files are hosted by third parties, we also recommend sending your notice to the hosting provider to have the source file removed.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address containing your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was an error.
Repeat infringers
Listings that are the subject of repeated valid complaints are removed permanently and excluded from future indexing.
