Synopsis
One day, a patient who admires Miwako fails a urine test and is ridiculed, which makes him resentful towards Miwako. A few days later, he witnesses Miwako performing a blowjob with her boyfriend in a hospital room late at night and threatens her. Miwako resists at first, but she is forced to do as the patient pleases, and eventually becomes their sex slave.
